Antony Gostyn

Antony advises on a wide range of issues relating to the film and television industries. His clients include broadcasters, producers, lending institutions and individuals.

Antony is the author of the 1991, 1998 and 1999 editions of the PACT Model Contracts, which are widely used by television production companies. Antony sat for many years on the PACT Finance Committee and was until December 2009 a director of the Design and Artists Copyright Society. He is currently a trustee of Lighthouse Arts & Training Limited and of the Directors Charitable Foundation.

One of the founding partners of Swan Turton, Antony was a partner at the Simkins Partnership for ten years. He qualified in 1975 and subsequently spent several years in the EMI Group Legal department and two years as the Business Affairs Manager of THORN EMI Video, before returning to private practice.

Films Antony has worked on include “Exit Through the Gift Shop”, “The Inbetweeners – The Movie” and “A Street Cat Named Bob”.
