Disability Discrimination – The Duty to Make Reasonable Adjustments

In the recent Employment Appeal Tribunal (“EAT”) decision of Salford NHS Primary Care Trust v Smith [UKEAT/0507/10], the EAT reiterated the duties of businesses to make “reasonable adjustments” for employees with a disability.
