John Graham

John is a partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group. His practice includes commercial disputes in the private and public sectors – including breach of privacy; data protection and GDPR/DPA compliance; defamation; breach of contract; misrepresentation; professional negligence; partnership disputes and injunctive relief.

A firm supporter of ADR and resolving disputes as cost-effectively as possible, John has been involved in a number of successful mediations and ‘round table’ meetings.

John acted in the litigation arising out of the construction of HMCTS’ Rolls Building in London (in the matter of Carillion Construction Ltd v (1) Woods Bagot Europe Ltd (2) AECOM Ltd (3) EMCOR Engineering Services Ltd (4) EMCOR (UK) Ltd [2016]), and was also involved in the notable ‘sinking houses’ case of Harrison & Others v Shepherd Homes Ltd [2011] EWHC 1811 (TCC).
