Ben is an associate at Swan Turton, having completed his training contract with the firm. He has significant experience advising on contentious information and reputation law matters, often involving both data protection and defamation claims, and also advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property and media-related matters. In February 2023, he became a non-board member legal consultant to the Association of Photographers.
Ben is a keen portrait photographer, jazz musician, and avid chess player, and was also a music teacher for a number of years at a sixth-form college in Kensington.
